Have you ever wondered why some people who lead a healthy lifestyle still look tired and are constantly sick, and others entertain some bad habits, but have no health complains? The answer was found by a group of American scientists who conducted a longitudinal study in the small town. They examined the lifestyles of 5,000 people for 30 years and came to some interesting conclusions. The most significant factor affecting health and life expectancy was lung capacity. A human body, which receives enough oxygen, recovers and self-heals much more effectively – that’s the secret!

Only through mindfulness and special breathing techniques can one improve one’s health, get rid of physical and psychological stagnation, significantly increase vitality and mood, coordinate the functioning of all the body systems.

Breathing examination

My work with a client always begins with an examination. We do breathing tests, where we pay attention to the number of breathing cycles per minute, the body area that is used for breathing and evaluate the vitality resources. At this stage it becomes clear which problems we should work on. An experienced professional is able to identify physical ailments and psycho-emotional difficulties simply by looking at the person’s breathing, even when the issues are not obvious to the client. This is the additional benefit of breathing techniques and mindfulness – they help discover hidden problems.

During the training sessions, we learn the mindful breathing techniques, which help people address problems and remove blockages in the 4 most important areas: the physical body, the emotions, the thoughts and the intuition. What are these techniques?

Energy-breathing

A set of breathing exercises that can be used instead of the morning cup of coffee! They bring vivacity, fill you with energy, give strength and increase vitality. It is an “energy shower” in a way. With regular practice, you will be getting enough energy for any tasks and challenges the day might offer. You will forget about fatigue and burnout, the feeling of laziness will leave the body, and apathy will leave the mind. It will sharpen your intuition and you will be able to trust it when making important decisions.

 

Stress Relief Breathing

In a state of stress, we are likely to go to one of the two extremes: either we keep our emotions bottled up, which can lead to psychosomatic diseases, or we explode in front of others, which can destroy relationships and get us a bad reputation. We offer you techniques that can become a real “lightning rod” in your life. They will help you learn how to get out of a stressed state quickly and constructively, find an outlet for emotions and relieve the tension. Why beat the pillows and go screaming into the woods, if you can breathe through the stress without even leaving your home or office?
You will feel the therapeutic effect after the first breathing class. Your mind will get a pleasant empty feeling, leaving the stream of obsessive thoughts behind. About the class organization

We offer both group and private classes depending on goals and financial abilities. Taking part in the group practices costs 1000r per class. The cost of private classes is discussed separately and varies depending on the client’s objectives, location and time preferences.

About me

My name is Ekaterina Yurochkina. I am an international certified instructor, a respiratory therapist. My training and certification was held at the International Center for the Study and Practice of Mindful Breathing.

It is a leading research and training center in the international professional respiratory community. It pioneers in development of a systematic approach to working with breathing, and is a member of the GPBA and a IBF partner. The center also takes part in projects under the auspices of the UN, such as “Breathing for Preschoolers and Schoolchildren” and “Conscious Breathing Against Stress and Burnout”.
